SUBSTANCE: frost-resistant highly plastic cement material and a method for its manufacture, used in the construction of reinforced concrete continuous girder bridges. Frost-resistant highly plastic cement material includes Portland cement, fly ash with a free CaO content greater than or equal to 18%, quartz sand, polycarboxylate superplasticizer, thickener - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, JXPT-1206 antifoam, polyvinyl alcohol fiber 10-14 mm long, 13-17 dtex thick and 0 .03-0.05 mm, and water. The mass ratio of Portland cement, specified fly ash, quartz sand and water is 280-350:680-760:640-720:200-280. The mass ratio of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the specified thickener and the specified antifoam is 1-1.5:0.1-0.2:0.8-1.6. The mass ratio of Portland cement and polycarboxylate superplasticizer is 100:3-5.2. The amount of polyvinyl alcohol fiber is 2-2.5% of the total volume of the cement material.

EFFECT: increased resistance to crack formation, fatigue strength and corrosion resistance in the region of negative moment.
