Abstract RU 2812138 C1

FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: methods for producing concrete materials, in particular, concrete material that is resistant to freezing and thawing. The method for producing concrete material that is resistant to freezing and thawing involves the preparation of the following raw materials, parts by weight: 380-390 ordinary Portland cement; 750-760 medium-grained sand; 1000-1100 sorted crushed stone size 5-31.5 mm; 7.0-8.0 polycarboxylate agent; 2.0-3.0 basalt fiber, 20-22 liquid glass; 0.004-0.0045 disubstituted sodium phosphate; 0.0008-0.001 basalt fiber powder; 0.2-0.22 polyethylene glycol 200; and 180-200 water. Mix disodium phosphate, polyethylene glycol 200, basalt fiber powder and liquid glass. The resulting mixture is treated with ultrasound for 10-15 minutes, and the ultrasound frequency is 35-44 kHz to obtain modified liquid glass. At the first stage, dry ingredients in the form of basalt fiber, medium-grained sand and sorted crushed stone are mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained; adding 100 parts by weight water and mix. Next, add ordinary Portland cement, a polycarboxylate plasticizing agent, modified liquid glass and the remaining water, mixing them thoroughly until smooth. Pour the resulting mixture into the mold. The prepared concrete base is cured for 20-35 days. A silane water-repellent agent is applied to the surface of the hardened concrete base and curing is carried out for 3-10 days.

EFFECT: increasing the durability of concrete under conditions of frequent freezing and thawing.
