SUBSTANCE: device has base 2 mounting accessory two-line transport system 3 for stepwise displacement of printed-circuit boards 64 installed on accessories 5 which are placed on guides 14 in two chains 15, 16 in vertical plane for opposing displacement by means of mechanism 4, mechanism 6 for lifting accessory from bottom chain 16 to top one 15 with aid of lift 28 in loading position of printed-circuit boards, mechanism 7 for lowering accessory 5 from top chain 15 to bottom one with aid of lift 38 in unloading position of printed-circuit boards, mechanism 8 for stepwise vertical displacement of blocks 10 with holders 9 whose horizontal channels 62 accommodate components 63; blocks 10 are mounted in pairs against each other on either side of guide 14; placed between them above top chain 15 of accessories 5 are blocks 11 for mounting components on printed-circuit board with channels 66 which continue channels 62 in holders 9, and vacuum grips 70 according to number of holders.
