SUBSTANCE: terminal device receives the first indication information, where the first indication information indicates the first precoding information and the second precoding information; determines a first power control parameter group corresponding to the first precoding information and a second power control parameter group corresponding to the second precoding information; determines a first transmission power based on the first power control parameter group, and transmits a first PUSCH channel repetition based on the first transmission power and the first precoding information; and determines a second transmission power based on the second group of power control parameters, and transmits a second PUSCH channel repetition based on the second transmission power and the second precoding information. For the same service data, the terminal device transmits the PUSCH channel to the network device twice: the first PUSCH channel repetition and the second PUSCH channel repetition.
