FIELD: desulfurization of crude oil.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device (100) for desulfurization of crude oil, containing a system for desulfurization (102) of sulphur-containing crude oil (101), in which, in addition to sulphur-free crude oil (103), hydrogen sulphide-containing acid gas (104) is formed; a system (106) for recovering from the acid gas (104) generated in the desulfurization system (102) of elemental sulphur (107) and hydrogen sulphide-containing tail gas (108) as off-gas; unit (1) for production of electricity (24) and gypsum (21) from residual gas (108), or acid gas (104), or from a mixture of acid gas (104) and residual gas (108) and a gas pipeline system (105) for supply of acid gas (104) from the desulfurization system (102) to the system (106) for extraction of elemental sulphur (107) and to the unit (1) for production of electricity (24) and gypsum (21), as well as for supplying residual gas (108) from the elemental sulphur recovery system (106) (107) to the unit (1) for the production of electricity (24) and gypsum (21). The gas pipeline system (105) has a gas distribution device (109), which in the first position supplies acid gas exclusively to the system (106) for extraction of elemental sulphur (107), in the second position supplies acid gas exclusively to the unit (1) for production of electricity (24) and gypsum (21), and in the distribution position it supplies the first part of the acid gas (104) to the system (106) for extraction of elemental sulphur (107), and the second part of the acid gas (104) to the unit (1) for production of electricity (24) and gypsum (21). The invention further relates to a process for the desulfurization of crude oil using such a device.
EFFECT: reducing the amount of sulphur formed during desulfurization of crude oil and obtaining additional products in addition to elemental sulphur or as an alternative to it.
