SUBSTANCE: complex for non-destructive measurement of absorption saturation of optical materials includes a source of pulsed radiation connected by fiber-optic connections, an optical amplifier, a first divider with a division of 90/10, a first attenuator, an acoustic-optic modulator, a second divider with a division of 50/50, dividing the pulse into an optical delay line and sample installation location - part of the optical channel, the third divider with a division of 50/50, summing the pulses that have passed the delay line and the sample so that between the pulses of one train that has passed through the sample, the pulses that have passed through the delay line are embedded, and the second attenuator, the first photodetector connected to the first divider, the second photodetector connected to the third divider, the third photodetector connected to the second attenuator, the complex additionally includes a two-channel A/D converter connected to the second and third photodetectors, a computer connected to the A/D converter, and attenuators, as well as an arbitrary waveform electrical signal generator connected to the modulator and the first photodetector.
EFFECT: reduction in the thermal load on the samples under study and an increase in the speed of data acquisition.
