SUBSTANCE: group of inventions comprising a liposome for RNA delivery to a cell, a method comprising administration of an effective amount of the above liposome. A liposome for RNA delivery to a cell contains an encapsulated RNA encoding an immunogen of interest, wherein the liposome contains at least one lipid attached to the polyethylene glycol moiety, so that the polyethylene glycol moiety is present on the outer surface of the liposome.
EFFECT: increased protective immune response in a vertebrate.
