FIELD: explosives.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of initiating explosives used in the initiation means, such as electric igniters, electric detonators, as well as pyroautomatic means, such as pyrotechnic fastener and explosive bolts. Reagent solutions are prepared. They are mixed, during which a chemical reaction occurs with the formation of an initiating explosive. The mixture of reagents is subjected to ultrasonic action with a frequency of 18 to 40 kHz throughout the entire time of the chemical reaction or part of it.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of control of the process of crystal formation during the synthesis of initiating explosives, providing the possibility of obtaining crystals of the required sizes, as well as in improving the crystalline purity, reducing the sensitivity of initiating explosives to mechanical stress and increasing production safety.
