FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pyrotechnic compositions manufacturing method for the initiation means delay units charging. Method consists in the pyrotechnic compositions production from oxidants and combustibles by the components combined grinding and displacing under ultrasound in the liquid medium in cavitation mode until the agglomerated particles formation.
EFFECT: this ensures the chemical reaction uniform and stable course, which allows to control the burning rate and reduces the products triggering time spread, as well as increases safety and allows the sensitive compounds processing.
