FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of N,N'-hydrazino-bis-isatin of the following formula, having a high antitumor activity. In formula R is 4-methoxybenzyl (preparation I) or 2-(4-methoxyphenoxy)-ethyl (preparation II). Preparation I is 3.3'-(hydrazin-1,2-diylidene)bis(1-(4-methoxybenzyl)indolin-2-one), preparation II is 3.3'-(hydrazine-1,2-diylidene)bis(1-(2-(4-methoxyphenoxy)ethyl)-indolin-2-one).
EFFECT: obtaining N,N'-hydrazino-bis-isatin derivatives with antitumor activity.
