FIELD: welding wire.
SUBSTANCE: composition of welding wire for welding high-strength steel used in the shipbuilding and engineering industries. Welding wire contains components in the following ratio, in % by weight: carbon no more than 0.08, silicon 0.2-0.6, manganese 3.0-5.0, chromium 20-22, nickel 10-12, molybdenum 2.0-3.0, copper 0.6 -0.9, nitrogen 0.15-0.4, vanadium 0.9-1.3, niobium 0.2-0.4, sulfur no more than 0.015, phosphorus no more than 0.015 and the rest is iron.
EFFECT: creation of a welding wire that ensures high resistance of the weld metal to the formation of hot cracks, as well as the strength and ductility of the welded joint.
