FIELD: welding high-strength steel.
SUBSTANCE: composition of welding wire for welding high-strength steel used in the shipbuilding and engineering industries. Wire contains components in the following ratio, in % by weight: carbon no more than 0.08, silicon 0.2-0.6, manganese 0.4-0.8, chromium 15-17, nickel 4-6, molybdenum 3.0 -3.5, copper 0.5-0.75, nitrogen 0.05-0.2, niobium 0.1-0.2, sulphur no more than 0.015, phosphorus no more than 0.015 and the rest is iron.
EFFECT: creation of a welding wire that ensures high strength and plasticity characteristics of the weld metal.
