FIELD: wireless communication. 
SUBSTANCE: DCI transmission is performed based on a correspondence relationship between at least two of the following parameters: the number of transmission blocks (TB) in a multi-TB transmission, the process numbers of the hybrid automatic repeat query (HARQ) in a multi-TB transmission, new data indicators (NDI) in multi-TB transmission and resource configuration mode for multi-TB transmission. The matching relationship includes at least one of: a matching relationship between the number of TBs and the initial number from numbers of sequentially numbered HARQ processes; matching relationship between the number of TBs and any combination of HARQ process numbers; and matching relationship between the number of TBs and a predetermined combination of HARQ process numbers.
EFFECT: reduction of the amount of service data of downlink control information (DCI).
