SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for coding an informational bit sequence. The information bit sequence to be encoded is obtained. The information bit sequence to be encoded is encoded based on the binary vector P1 of the first code to obtain an encoded bit sequence, where P1 is determined based on the binary vector P2 of the second code and the binary vector P3 of the third code, P1 indicates the information bit and the frozen bit of the first code , P2 indicates the information bit and the frozen bit of the second code, P3 indicates the information bit and the frozen bit of the third code, the code length of the first code is n 1, the number of information bits of the first code is k1, the code length of the second code is n2, the number of information bits of the second code is k2, the length of the code of the third code is n3, the number of information bits of the third code is k3, n1 =n2*n3 and k1=k2*k3. The output of the encoded bit sequence is carried out.
EFFECT: reduced delay in decoding informational bit sequence.
