FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to an isotonic plasma-substituting solution based on dextran, containing dextran with molecular weight of 40,000 units, sodium chloride, and water. According to the invention, the solution additionally contains rhamnose, ribose, arabinose, xylose, mannose, and galactose, at the following ratio of components: dextran – 6.5 g, rhamnose – 1.0 g, ribose – 1.0 g, arabinose – 1.0 g, xylose – 1.0 g, mannose – 1.0 g, galactose – 1.0 g, sodium chloride – 0.9 g, water for injections – up to 100 ml.
EFFECT: present invention provides reduction in a freezing temperature of a solution with preservation of high volemic properties.
