FIELD: oil refining
SUBSTANCE: processes of solvent deasphalting of oil residues, including residues from the vacuum distillation of high-viscosity oils and natural bitumen. Method for solvent deasphalting of oil residues using isopentane as a solvent, according to which the extraction process is carried out at a pressure of 40 to 50 bar in two modes: subcritical extraction at a temperature of 170°C to obtain solid granular asphalt and supercritical extraction at a temperature of 190°C with obtaining liquid asphalt according to the “mixer-settler” method with two static mixers of raw materials and solvent. The method consists of the following steps: preliminary mixing of the raw material with the solvent in the area of a homogeneous solution at a solvent/raw material volume ratio of not more than 2/1 in the first static mixer; carrying out direct-flow extraction in the second static mixer at a solvent/feedstock volume ratio of at least 4/1 with an average residence time of the total flow from 0.4 to 1 s; countercurrent extraction and separation of deasphalted oil (DAO) and asphalt solutions in a separator column, consisting of an upper coalescing and lower mass transfer zone, into the lower zone of which a solvent can be supplied in a solvent/feedstock volume ratio of not more than 2/1; regeneration of part of the solvent from the DAO solution; regeneration of part of the solvent from the asphalt solution.
EFFECT: high efficiency of removal of C7-asphaltenes and improvement of the quality of DAO with the ability to control the yield, properties and state of aggregation of asphalt depending on the direction of its further use, while reducing capital and energy costs for the regeneration of the solvent from the composition of the product solution and increasing the energy efficiency of the process as a whole.
