FIELD: medicine; surgery of parenchymal organs.

SUBSTANCE: first, the wound angle is sutured with a horizontal interrupted suture with the thread fixed to the capsule of the wound angle. The threads are tied at the place of puncture from the parenchyma and are not cut off. Further, one of the ends of the surgical thread with a surgical needle is used to apply a continuous-knotted U-shaped horizontal single-row suture. The threads are tied with a surgical knot at the injection site, and the subsequent injection is carried out in front of the imposed knot. The nodes are located on one side of the sutured parenchymal organ and the suture pitch corresponds to the thickness of this organ.

EFFECT: method will reduce the probability of blood loss and ischemic damage to the sutured parenchymal organ, reduce the time of suturing, evenly distribute the load on the tissues and exclude the presence of unsutured parenchyma by using a single thread that is not dissected to form a suture and locate nodes on one side of the sutured organ.
