SUBSTANCE: beam irradiation system comprises: the first irradiation chamber and the second irradiation chamber; a beam generating device configured to generate a beam and emit the beam into the first irradiation chamber or the second irradiation chamber; a system control module comprising a first control submodule, a second control submodule, wherein the first control submodule corresponds to the first irradiation chamber and is configured to control the beam generating device to emit a beam into the first irradiation chamber, the second control submodule corresponds to the second irradiation chamber and is configured to control the device generating a beam to emit the beam into the second irradiation chamber; and the first beam control module connected between the beam generating device and the system control module, wherein one of the first control sub-module and the second control sub-module is configured to control the beam generating device by the beam control module when the beam control module is not occupied by another of the first control sub-module, and a second control sub-module, so that the same beam irradiation system controls a plurality of irradiation chambers, respectively.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will improve the effect of irradiation.
