SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a neutron beam irradiation system and a method for its control. System includes a beam irradiation device, a treatment plan module and a control module. Device generates a therapeutic beam and irradiates the irradiated body with the therapeutic beam to form an irradiated area. Treatment plan module performs dose simulation and calculation in accordance with treatment beam parameters and medical imaging data of the irradiated area and generates a treatment plan, filters elements affecting results of simulation and calculation of neutrons and photons in scenes of application of irradiation system with radioactive beams, by taking into account the weight proportions of the plurality of elements in the human body and the intensities of the plurality of elements reacting with neutrons and photons, so that during simulation only filtered elements are simulated. Control module controls the radiation of the irradiation device in accordance with the treatment plan, wherein during the simulation only the filtered element is simulated.
EFFECT: faster calculation.
