FIELD: formation of coated moulds.

SUBSTANCE: proposed coating method for preparing a solid coated form includes the step of spraying a coating liquid containing a composition of crystallizing substances, including at least one substance selected from sugars and polyhydric alcohols, onto a layer of cores in motion. Moreover, said cores are placed in a chamber equipped with a rotating perforated drum, and said spraying is provided by at least one nozzle using compressed air. At least one step of drying said sprayed coating liquid is carried out simultaneously with the spraying step. The coated solids thus obtained are then collected. The hard coated form is selected from tablets, hard gelatine capsules, soft capsules, granules, microspheres, grains, seeds, biscuits, breakfast cereals, confectionery and products in the form of powder and/or crystals.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to preserve relief imprints present on the surface of coated forms, such as brand names, names of active molecules or dosages of active substances.
