SUBSTANCE: push-pull buffer amplifiers. The bases of the first (15) and second (16) additional transistors are connected to the output (2) devices, the emitter of the first (15) additional transistor is connected to the second (8) power supply bus and connected to the base of the third (17) additional transistor, the collector of which is matched with the second (8) power supply bus, the emitter of the second (16) additional transistor connected to the first (6) power supply bus and connected to the base of the fourth (18) additional transistor, the collector of which is matched with the first (6) power supply bus, the collector of the second (16) additional transistor is connected to the second (8) power supply bus, the collector of the first (15) additional transistor is connected to the first (6) power supply bus, the emitter of the third (17) additional transistor is connected to the combined emitters of the third (10) and fourth (11) input transistors, and the emitter of the fourth (18) additional transistor is connected to the combined emitters of the first (3) and second (4) input transistors.
EFFECT: creation of a buffer amplifier with increased (8-10 times) values of the maximum rate of rise of the output voltage, which is achieved by introducing additional transistors into the circuit.
