SUBSTANCE: lifebuoy comprises a lifeline attached to an outer shell filled with porous material, on the surface of the shell there is a groove running along the circle, as well as a flag attached to the end of the flagpole. The flagpole is made by a compression spring and is placed in the groove in the compressed state. The free end of the flagstaff compresses a hollow cylinder rotating together with the flagpole around a wire passing through the cylinder, and the ends of the wire are fixed in the shell, and a hook rotating in a horizontal plane is fixed with a bolt on the surface of the shell.
