SUBSTANCE: rescue polygon comprises at least three identical links, consisting of movable pipes of different diameters, connected to each other by telescopic means. All links are connected to each other in series, forming a convex closed polygon. In this case, the pipe of the smallest diameter of one link is fixed at the beginning of the pipe of the largest diameter of the adjacent link, forming corners. On the outer surface of all pipes of the largest diameter there is a substance with a density less than that of water and which does not absorb moisture.
