FIELD: medicine; osteopathy; manual therapy.
SUBSTANCE: single procedure is carried out using osteopathic correction methods for recovery of the external respiration function against the background of somatic dysfunctions in patients. Treatment is carried out according to a scheme aimed at elimination of somatic dysfunctions, including sequential correction of structural rib dysfunctions, respiratory rib dysfunctions, dysfunctions of thoracic spine, thoracic diaphragm, auxiliary respiratory muscles of the upper aperture. The procedure is carried out in the morning for 30-40 minutes.
EFFECT: invention allows for reduction in the duration of a procedure for recovery of the external respiration function in a patient, achievement of improvement in the mobility of thoracic and upper aperture diaphragms, mobility of vertebral-motor segments, increase in the chest excursion, significantly improving state of health and well-being of the patient in short terms.
