FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for acid-free decalcification of a bone tissue sample before histochemical examination. A method for acid-free decalcification of a bone tissue sample before histochemical examination, including its fixation in 80% alcohol for 24 hours at 4°C, washing under running water for 10 minutes, immersion in a 10% aqueous solution of EDTA, pH 7.0, according to the invention, the method is carried out without changing the decalcifying liquid at a volume ratio of EDTA and the studied bone tissue of 150:1, a temperature of 38°C, which are placed in a sealed container on a dental vibrating table and produce vibrations at a low frequency of 30–50 Hz and a high amplitude of 1–2 mm, as well as vibrations at a high frequency of 70–90 Hz and a low amplitude of 0.1–0.5 mm 6 hours respectively.
EFFECT: above invention allows to reduce the time of decalcification while maintaining all tissue and cellular structures in the studied sample of bone tissue suitable for histochemical studies.
