SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry; it can be used both in the treatment of periodontitis and peri-implantitis, and for the prevention of inflammation in the oral cavity. A glue composition includes a polymer latex base in the form of butylacrylate acrylonitrile latex, viscosity and pH regulators, medical additives, and fragrance. At the same time, the composition contains xanthan gum and Polysorb MP as a viscosity and pH regulator, solcoseryl dental adhesive paste, dimethylsulfoxide, 5% glutaraldehyde, and 2% hyaluronic acid as medical additives, and a food mint extract as fragrance. Moreover, the specified composition has a water content of no more than 10 wt.%, with the following content of components, g: xanthan gum – 5.0-20.0, Polysorb MP – 5.0-10.0, medical additives – 20.0-30.0, fragrance – 1.0-2.0, butylacrylate acrylonitrile latex – up to 100.0.

EFFECT: formulation of a composition provides optimal indicators of elasticity and strength, drying time, viscosity, and application method; composition has antibacterial, sorption, hemostatic, reparative, adhesive properties, forms a viscous and stable solution even with acidic pH of the oral cavity (acidosis); use of the composition provides a high rate of adsorption of medical additives on the oral mucosa.
