FIELD: pumping equipment.
SUBSTANCE: pumping device, operating on the principle of creating a vacuum, contains a pressure pumping unit, including a dosing head, a pumping cylinder and a flow tube. The dosing head is connected to the upper end of the pumping cylinder. The flow tube is connected to the lower end of the pumping cylinder. A cap is installed at the upper end of the pumping cylinder, and the first fastener is made on the outer surface. A replaceable soft bag, includes a flexible body and an opening part at the upper end. A second fastening device is made on the inner surface of the opening part of the bag. The pumping cylinder is inserted into the opening part of the bag with the formation of a closed volume in the inner space of the bag with the possibility of creating a vacuum in the inner space during pumping with the help of a dosing head and creating conditions for automatic reduction of the shape and volume of the bag under the influence of external air pressure as the flow material is consumed. The fasteners are connected to each other. The bag is connected to the pressure pumping unit, and the flow tube is passed inside the replaceable soft bag. The cap of the pumping unit is connected to the neck of the bottle. The bag is located in the bottle through the pressure pumping unit by attaching it between the bag and the pumping unit and connecting it between the pumping unit and the bottle. The pumping cylinder is made with the possibility of forming a pulling force when the dosing head is pressed, creating a vacuum in the inner space of the replaceable soft bag and allowing the flow material exiting out through the flow tube under the action of vacuum. When replacing the emptied bag, the new bag can be directly connected to the pumping unit without the need to pour the liquid material into the bottle, while the liquid material does not fall on the hands.
