SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stoma apparatus. Adapter for stoma comprises base plate and collecting bag. Base plate comprises an adhesive proximal side configured to be attached to the skin surface around the user's stoma and a distal side. First half of the joint is attached to the distal side of the plate. First opening in the base plate is formed closer in radial direction to the central axis passing through the center of the first opening, than to the first, internal peripheral edge of the first half of connection. Prepared from the stoma a collection bag for collection of the stoma contains a proximal wall connected to the distal wall, an inlet opening located in the proximal wall, and an adhesive flange, the distal surface of which is attached directly to the proximal wall around the inlet opening. Second half of the connection is attached to the proximal wall of the bag further in radial direction from the central axis, than attachment of the adhesive flange to the proximal wall. Adhesive flange is configured to engage with peristomal skin surface around user stoma by means of first opening in base plate. Second half of connection is made with possibility of connection with first half of connection for attachment of prefabricated bag to base plate when using device for stoma.

EFFECT: invention has improved leakage resistance properties.
