SUBSTANCE: pressing bulk materials. Drive rolls are installed on the frame. The rolls are equipped with a working surface cooling system, which includes spiral and annular grooves made on the inner surface of the roll bandage. The grooves form, together with the mating surface of the shaft, spiral and annular channels, which are connected by channels to the inner cylindrical cavity of the roll shaft connected to the pipe. The free end of the pipe is fixed in the distribution head housing with the possibility of connection to the coolant drain main pipeline. A coolant supply pipe is installed inside the cylindrical cavity. The end of this pipe is fixed in the housing of the distribution head with the possibility of connection to the main pressure pipeline for supplying coolant.

EFFECT: cooling the working surfaces of the rolls in the process of pressing bulk materials heated to high temperatures.
