SUBSTANCE: personalized template for bone resection was made using computer modeling and 3D printing with a surface congruent to the area of the bone surface, which completely includes the planned line of its resection, which is determined in the template by guide holes for wires that are transverse with respect to the surface in contact with the bone injected into the holes with subsequent perforation of the bone.
EFFECT: invention ensures prevention of template particles from getting into the surgical wound during resection, the possibility of performing resection not only with the help of saws, but also with the help of chisels, as well as the possibility of positioning instruments in different planes with respect to the resection surface.
