FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely, to orthopaedics, traumatology, and oncology, and can be used for treating patients with malignant bone tumours. At the preoperative stage, using computer modelling and 3D printing, the boundaries of resection are planned and a set of apparatus for endoprosthetics is made; said set consisting of a personalised resection template, a personalised guide for drilling pin installation holes, a fitting model of the endoprosthesis, and pins for securing the endoprosthesis on the bone saw line. An access is made to the resection area of the bone, the personalised resection template is installed, and the bone is perforated with wires, followed by bone resection. A pin installation hole is drilled by the personalised guide; the fitting model of the endoprosthesis is applied to the bone and the accuracy of the resulting surface of performed resection is confirmed. The endoprosthesis is positioned, secured with pins with a trabecular surface, and locking screws are installed. The endoprosthesis is made using computer modelling and 3D printing with holes for screws securing the prosthesis on the bone fragment, with holes for pins with a trabecular surface, and with internal-thread sockets for the installation of locking screws. Set of apparatuses for endoprosthetics also includes a locking screw for securing the pins and screws, is made with an external thread and a key hole.
EFFECT: group of inventions reliably secures the endoprosthesis on the bone saw line and minimises the possibility of occurrence of non-stability of the endoprosthesis in the future due to the use of personalised items created by means of additive technology.
