FIELD: medical devices.
SUBSTANCE: film sensor of a weak magnetic field for non-invasive registration of a magnetic field in a biological object contains a sapphire dielectric substrate, a magnetically sensitive element placed between two magnetic field concentrators, which are made of a superconducting heteroepitaxial layer of niobium, Nb HEL. In this case, the resistive state in the magnetically sensitive element is realized due to the violation of the edge magnetic barrier and the passage of magnetic vortices in the superconducting magnetically sensitive element.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of registering the magnetic field of biological objects of small geometric dimensions.
