FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for storing grape plants with a mature vine in in vitro culture, which makes it possible to preserve the genetic stability of samples and increase the economic efficiency of storage of the grape gene pool in vitro by increasing the duration of direct storage, reducing labor costs and eliminating expensive reagents. The method includes introducing apical meristems into the culture, forming on their basis a collection of plants with a mature vine, with preliminary cultivation on a Murashige-Skoog solid nutrient medium, and planting for storage. Test-tube plants are kept on Murashige-Skoog nutrient medium with the addition of high concentrations of sucrose 40.0-70.0 g/l, and cultivation is carried out under conditions of low positive temperature of 1÷8°C.
EFFECT: increased duration of direct storage.
