FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is a method for prolonged non-stop storage of grapes in vitro culture, involving micro-gutting of test tube plants with 8÷10 internodes on fragments with length of 10÷12 mm with eye and sheet, planting and cultivation thereof on a solid nutrient medium Murashige and Skoog, to which an antibiotic gentamycin is added in concentration of 0.005–0.9 ml/l, which allows to prolong the period of non-stop storage, with reduction of power inputs and simplification of the technological process.
EFFECT: invention enables to prolong the cultivation of plants without transplantations to 8–12 months, which is double as compared to the closest analogue of the invention.
