SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for personalized neoadjuvant intra-arterial chemotherapy of gastric cancer. The method includes administration of chemotherapy drugs selectively into the celiac trunk, while 50% of the dose of chemotherapy drugs is injected into the celiac trunk and superselectively 50% of the dose of chemotherapy drugs into the left gastric, gastroduodenal or splenic artery depending on the predominant lesion of the stomach and adjacent organs.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows to increase the operability and effectiveness of treatment, to achieve a significant reduction in the size of the tumor and locoregional metastases due to intra-arterial chemotherapy selectively into the celiac trunk and superselectively into the corresponding artery, taking into account the localization of the tumor in the anatomical region of the stomach in proportion to 50% of the dose for selective and superselective administration drugs.
