SUBSTANCE: trigger logic element OR comprises five transistors, five resistors, a DC supply voltage source, and a DC reference voltage source. What is new is that a p-n-p additional transistor is introduced into it, the emitter of which is connected to the common terminal of the third resistor and the collector of the third transistor, the base of the additional transistor is connected to the common terminal of the collectors of the first, second transistors and the first resistor, and the collector of the additional transistor is connected and to the base of the fourth transistor and to one of the two terminals of the fifth resistor, the free terminal of this fifth resistor is connected to the free terminal of the fourth resistor and their common terminal forms the output of the logic element relative to the ground.
EFFECT: increasing the load capacity of the trigger logic element OR.
