SUBSTANCE: method for constructing linear microwave power amplifiers and a device for its implementation. In the method for constructing linear microwave power amplifiers of the range, a multi-frequency signal is transferred to the low-frequency region, followed by the selection of each component of the signal, linear amplification to a level that provides compensation for the loss of conversion in the frequency transducer and a bandpass filter, reverse transfer is carried out to the high frequency region with linear gain and summation to obtain the resulting output signal. Also a device for constructing linear power amplifiers of microwave frequencies is proposed.

EFFECT: increasing the operational and performance characteristics of radio systems using multi-frequency and broadband signals, and reducing the level of intermodulation distortion of various orders.
