SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine the indications for the appointment of antioxidant therapy in women with miscarriage. In the tissues of the endometrium obtained by a pipel biopsy on the 16–18th day of the menstrual cycle, the level of malondialdehyde is determined in spontaneous, enzymatic and non-enzymatic reactions of lipid peroxidation and the indicator of superoxide dismutase activity. With indicators of the level of malondialdehyde during a spontaneous lipid peroxidation reaction of at least 5.72 nm/h, with an enzymatic lipid peroxidation reaction of at least 4.61 nm/h, with a non-enzymatic lipid peroxidation reaction of at least 13.56 nm/h, with an indicator of superoxide dismutase activity of at least 121.5 ng/ml, the appointment of antioxidant therapy in case of miscarriage in history is indicated.

EFFECT: method allows to determine the indications for antioxidant therapy in women with miscarriage at the stage of preconception preparation by assessing the totality of the most significant indicators.
