The location of the mouth of the target vessel is determined by the dial, after which fenestrations are formed in this area. The stengraft is installed in such a way that its radiopaque marks 8 and O are opposite to each other.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the therapeutic effect due to more accurate positioning of the fenestration in relation to the mouth of the target vessel, to simplify repeated access to the brachiocephalic arteries during repeated interventions, due to the reduction or absence of installation of additional stent grafts in the brachiocephalic arteries, the possibility of remote use.
