SUBSTANCE: second target subcarrier spacing threshold is determined according to the number of cells satisfying the first predetermined condition, the total number of downlink cells, the number of supported cells reported by the terminal, and the first threshold. The sub-carrier spacing of the scheduling cells is the target sub-carrier spacing, and the scheduling cells obtain band schemes based on the same first parameter. The first threshold value is the maximum value of blind decoding (BD) or CCE per band per cell in the case where the subcarrier spacing is the target subcarrier spacing. The first parameter is the combination of candidates (X, Y) reported by the terminal. X is the gap between the start of the two ranges, and Y is the length of the range.
EFFECT: determining the maximum number of candidate sets for PDCCH detection and non-overlapping control channel elements (CCE) of each subcarrier spacing on each band supported by the terminal.
