FIELD: radio engineering and communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to base station, terminal, transmission method and reception method. Base station displays downstream allocation control information unit, which is addressed to a terminal, to a first resource region which can be used for any of a downstream control channel region and a downstream data channel region, or to second resource region, which can be used only for downstream control channel, so as to transmit downstream allocation control information unit. In base station, a control unit establishes a scale of PDCCH region, and a transmission region establishing unit establishes, based on a scale value established by control unit, a mapping region to which DCI is mapped within R-PDCCH region and PDCCH region.
EFFECT: reducing erroneous detection of control information for preventing thereby bandwidth reduction.
