FIELD: multilayer structures with fillers.
SUBSTANCE: design contains two bearing layers and one layer of filler enclosed between them. The filler layer consists of a plurality of alternating convex and concave cells formed by a surface having a sinusoid shape in cross section along the longitudinal and transverse directions with a constant oscillation period in both directions. Four stiffening ribs are made on the surface of the cells, located in the direction of the generatrix at an equal distance from each other. The filler layer is connected to adjacent layers at contact points located at the top of each cell. The use of filler allows you to remove condensate from the interlayer space, transport liquids or gases inside a multilayer structure, and also improves the quality, reliability and service life of the structure.
EFFECT: absence of stress concentrators and abrupt changes in the curvature of the filler surface provides strength characteristics that exceed those of existing multilayer panels.
