FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for manufacturing multilayer structures with discrete fillers, consisting of discrete cells, and can be used in the production of multilayer bearing surfaces used in aircraft, shipbuilding, automotive and other industries. Aggregate blanks consisting of discrete cells are made from sheet material in one operation using pressure treatment. The blanks are then folded along a predetermined fold line in an area that is intended to be installed in the nose of the bearing surface. Next, contact pads of discrete cells corresponding to each other are connected, thereby obtaining a finished multilayer filler, which is then connected to the skins, after which the front nose of the bearing surface is attached.
EFFECT: creation of a more efficient method for manufacturing the bearing surface, as well as increasing the reliability of the bearing surface structure by eliminating the likelihood of delamination of the aggregate layers in the front of the bearing surface.
