FIELD: aircraft structures.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft structures and concerns a multilayer aircraft supporting surface with a discrete filler. A multilayer supporting surface with a discrete filler consists of casings and two layers of filler placed between them. Each layer of the filler is made as a whole and consists of hexagonal pyramidal discrete cells. The layers of the filler are connected to each other by contact pads located at the vertices of the discrete cells. The contact pads of the cells of the connected layers are located in the zone of the neutral cross-section layer. The axes of the cells are directed along the normal to the neutral cross-section layer. The casings are connected to the filler in the area of the contact pads located on the edges of the base of the cells. Due to the narrowing of the pyramidal cells, voids are formed for laying communications and ventilation.
EFFECT: invention provides optimization of the technology of the production process of aircraft structures and an increase in the reliability and strength characteristics of the final product.
