SUBSTANCE: used in the production of multilayer bearing surfaces, including those with double curvature of the outer surfaces, made of metallic materials and alloys, or polymeric materials. It can also be applied in the field of automotive and shipbuilding. The multilayer bearing surface consists of skins and more than two layers of prefabricated discrete filler placed between them, consisting of hexagonal pyramidal discrete cells, the axes of which are oriented to the chord of the bearing surface profile at angles that ensure uniform fit of the filler layers to the skins. Layers of discrete filler are made from sheet blanks of various thicknesses, which change downwards as the layers approach the neutral axis of the profile section.

EFFECT: possibility of manufacturing multilayer load-bearing surfaces with prefabricated filler having a large construction height or a large relative thickness of the profile, without a significant increase in the weight of the structure and material consumption.
