FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multilayer structures with fillers in the form of repeating pyramidal and tetrahedron structures and can be used in production of multilayer panels from various materials, operating on stability under external pressure and compression force in many industries. Frame-like aggregate sandwich panel is composed by 3D structure in the form of repeating pyramidal or tetrahedron cells having common vertex with every adjacent, with ribs made in the form of zigzag-shaped rod elements and skins. On each apex and base of the pyramidal or tetrahedron cells there are pins; at the same repeating ribs of rod elements of pyramidal or tetrahedron cells the pins are made at the tops while other elements have no pins, at the tops and ends at the third elements pins are made only at the ends, on the fourth elements pins are made only at the tops of rods, the ribs of rod elements are arranged and directed at preset angles to the base to ensure required stiffness, while in cavities of all types of zigzag-shaped rod elements at tops and bases there are made slots; on the skin of mating part there are slots corresponding by size and configuration to pins in order to provide accurate connection to cells within a single structure of filler so that the slots in the base and at the tops of zigzag rod elements coincide with each other. Resulting cells are connected via skins. For this purpose pins located at the tops and ends of each rod are inserted into the mating holes corresponding by size and configuration to pins; contact points are further welded or glued for strong connection.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of reliable and strong filler structure due to simple connection of skins.
