FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for endoscopic bleeding arrest in Dieulafoy's syndrome. When performing esophagogastroduodenoscopy, the source of bleeding is visualized. The bleeding site is irrigated with 70% ethyl alcohol in a volume of 20 ml. Then, argon plasma coagulation of the directly bleeding vessel is performed. After achieving hemostasis, the site of the unchanged mucous membrane surrounding the vessel with a diameter of 15 mm is coagulated.
EFFECT: invention provides improved visualization of the source of profuse bleeding, coagulation of the entire arterial aneurysmal sac, increased hemostasis efficiency, reduced bleeding recurrence rate.
