SUBSTANCE: endoscope is used for combined administration of a haemostatic agent and a granular sorbent, represented by powdered bile powder applied to the bleeding defect with an insufflator in the amount 0.2 g from a distance of 1.0 cm from the bleeding surface, and then I sephadex G-25 in the amount of 0.3 g is insufflated from a distance of 1.5 cm from the defect.
EFFECT: method provides a multicomponent effect, which allows to reliably stop bleeding, reduce the frequency of hemorrhages recurrences, and shorten treatment duration.
