SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for non-invasive diagnosis of kidney transplant rejection. The resistance of the patient's skin surface area is measured using two electrodes fixed on the finger of the hand, when exposed to alternating current one day before the operation, followed by the calculation of the average value. Then, starting from the second day after organ transplantation, the skin resistance is measured for 14 days to obtain the absolute values of the skin resistance and normalize them according to the average value of the skin resistance measured before the operation. And with an increase in the values of the normalized skin resistance by at least 2 times, it is concluded that there is a process of graft rejection.

EFFECT: method provides a non-invasive assessment of the presence of a kidney transplant rejection process, which makes it possible to exclude a negative impact on the transplanted organ, due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
