SUBSTANCE: use of antisense oligonucleotide 5'-AGCTATCTCCG-3' from mouse melanoma glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase gene as an antitumor compound acting on the enzyme of the pentose phosphate pathway glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase in the treatment of melanoma is proposed.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of tumor size in animals.
